From Serving Our Country to Serving Veterans

20-Year United States Marine Corps Veteran

Former VA Rater (RVSR)

Twenty Years of Service. A Lifetime Commitment to Those Who Serve.

The Story

Twenty years in uniform. A second career evaluating veterans' claims. One purpose.

Ray Feagin served our country for 20 years in the United States Marine Corps. That career shaped how he works today: preparation over improvisation, accountability over excuses, and a commitment to the people standing beside him.

After his military service, he continued his commitment to veterans as a former VA Rater (RVSR). In that role he saw the claims process from the inside — how disability claims are evaluated, how evidence is analyzed, and why some claims are granted while others fall short.

He founded Veterans Disability Consulting LLC to bring that perspective back to the veterans who need it. Not templates. Not a generic checklist. A personalized strategy built around what is actually in each veteran's records.

Founder Experience

Two Perspectives, One File

Military Perspective

Twenty years of service means understanding what a military career does to a body and a mind, how service treatment records are actually created, and what veterans are often reluctant to say out loud.

VA Claims Evaluation Perspective

Experience as a former VA Rater (RVSR) provided firsthand knowledge of how evidence is reviewed and how disability claims are evaluated.

Veterans Disability Consulting LLC is a private consulting firm and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Why This Firm Exists

Helping Veterans Obtain the VA Benefits They Earned.

Veterans Disability Consulting LLC exists to educate and empower veterans by helping them understand the VA disability claims process, organize supporting evidence, prepare personal statements, review records, and navigate their options with confidence.

Too many veterans move through this process without ever being told how it works. The goal here is the opposite: understanding first, then preparation, then a claim that is organized and supported by the evidence available.
